Car Park
Be one of the first friendly faces our attendees see! Help welcome guests by directing traffic and vehicles to available parking spaces on site and assist attendees to arrive and access the event safely and easily.
Hospitality
​Help create an enjoyable conference experience by assisting with the service of meals, tea, coffee, and refreshments throughout the event. You'll help attendees access food and drinks, support catering operations, keep serving areas stocked and tidy. If you enjoy serving others and helping people feel cared for through practical hospitality, we'd love to have you on the team.
Welcome Team
Be a welcoming first point of contact for conference attendees by checking all guest registrations on arrival and distributing lanyards and conference materials. You'll play an important role in creating a smooth, friendly, and safe arrival experience for everyone attending.
Ministry Team
Offer prayerful and spiritual support to conference attendees by creating a welcoming space for prayer, encouragement, and reflection. You’ll be available to pray with individuals, help maintain the prayer space, and encourage people to engage with God throughout the event with care and compassion.
Ushering/Service host
Help create a warm, welcoming and safe conference experience by greeting attendees, assisting them to find seats, directing people to sessions and facilities, and helping ensure the auditorium fills smoothly and efficiently.
Kids Team
Be part of a team that creates a fun, safe, and Jesus-filled environment for our kids throughout Conference. From games and worship to small groups, you’ll help shape the faith and heart for mission of the next generation. *Working With Children's Check & references required*
Main Stage Assistant
​Help create an environment where people can engage without distraction by supporting the Stage Manager in ensuring main sessions run smoothly and according to plan. This role involves assisting with the flow, timing, and coordination of stage activities throughout the conference. Volunteers in this role will need to be available for two table-read sessions prior to the conference.
Content Capturing
Help share the story of the conference by capturing photos, videos and key moments throughout the conference. You'll support the Marketing Team in creating engaging content and showcasing the conference experience through authentic and creative storytelling. A briefing and training session will be held prior to the conference.

Agree to CMS Victoria's Code of Conduct
Have a current WWCC
Willing to serve and work in a team with others.
Prepared to complete any required training.​
